Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Joanna relocated to New York City four years ago. Prior to her move, she was the Communications and Membership Manager at AIR (Australian Independent Record Labels Association) and Producer of the Australian Independent Music Awards for seven years. Joanna is now the Talent Buyer at The Delancey, a three-level nightclub in the Lower East Side encompassing a full capacity live music venue. She is also Co-Founder and Director of One of One, a not-for profit organisation that supports and encourages women working in the Australian music industry.
