NEEDSHES is an alternative/rock band founded by composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Otabek Salamov originally from Uzbekistan. With a musically diverse experience in mind, Bek conceptualized the ideology of NEEDSHES in 2013. Stemming from his childhood, he encapsulates his art for composing story-telling ballads with dance anthems infused with swagger rock and suffocating alternative. He offers a signature rock foundation with elements of funk, soul, disco, blues, punk, trap, hip-hop, and orchestral sound. His biggest influences stemmed from James Brown, David Bowie, Queen, Jack White, Brandon Flowers, RHCP, U2, a-ha. In 2016 after several line-up changes, Ivan Petukhov (guitar) and Alexey Manakhov (drums) joined his team and made it possible for the sound created in the studio to fully sound live.
