Christine Lepera is a partner in the firm Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, Co-Chair of the firm’s Entertainment/IP Litigation practice, and a member of the Governing Board.
She is a litigator and strategic advisor to clients in the entertainment and media industries, representing a wide array of celebrities, artists and entertainment companies in matters that span the spectrum of industry disputes and issues, including copyright infringement, unfair competition, trademark infringement, defamation, right of publicity, and contract disputes.
Christine is a frequent commentator and author on relevant entertainment subjects, and speaks regularly at industry conferences. She is also a mediator, and an arbitrator.
