Founder, Brasil Calling
David McLoughlin has worked for over 25 years in the Brazilian music industry. In 1994 he helped establish Atração, one of the country's leading record companies.
He has worked for various local labels (Eldorado, MCD, Sum, Trama which represented international labels such as F-Com, Roadrunner, XL, Beggars Banquet, Domino, etc.), as well as operating his own company (releasing such bands as Public Enemy and The Prodigy).
In 2010 he was contracted as international manager of the Brasil Music Exchange project, a platform for Brazilian independent artists and managers to make worldwide connections and as a gateway for international music professionals to work with Brazil.
In 2017 he set up Brasil Calling.
