Chief Creative Officer, Publicis NY
Erica is the Chief Creative Officer of Publicis NY, the mom of an incredibly quirky, sweet-hearted 11-year-old son and a “good” cook, according to her very kind husband. As CCO, Erica has put collaboration at the core of Publicis NY’s creative process, leveraging the power of media, strategy, experience, data and CRM to deliver some of the most creative and transformative work in the industry. In 2020, her uniquely integrated approach earned Erica recognition as one of the Top 26 Agency Leaders to Watch by Adweek and 40 over 40 by Campaign.
Erica has lead award-winning, business-transforming work across nearly every category, from CPG to QSR, financial services to retail. Most recently, she helped relaunch 10 of J.M Smucker’s largest brands, including Jif, Folgers, Milkbone and Café Bustelo. She’s also been instrumental in leading the ongoing rollout of Citibank’s new, fully integrated global platform.
Before joining Publicis in 2005, Erica worked at McCann Erickson NY. And before that, while working at a family-owned pharmacy in her hometown during high school, she used to dream of becoming the first female umpire in Major League Baseball. Fortunately, she found advertising.
