Toby lives at the Monastic Academy, where he meditates everyday for 3-10 hours. He has conducted research on which meditation techniques are best at reducing suffering during emotionally overwhelming experiences and which are best for maintaining a meditation practice during daily life. Toby loves jumping in the ocean, to-do lists, live music, minimalism and camping.
