Clayton Durant is a marketing and music industry entrepreneur with expertise in social strategy, entertainment marketing, music management and brand partnerships. Currently, Durant serves as the Director of Emerging Media at MikeWorldWide while simultaneously advising CAD Management, a music and entertainment consulting firm Durant founded in 2016. Under the leadership of Durant, CAD Management has managed and consulted over 30+ artists and brands, while also successfully launching a record label arm of the business that in 2021 partnered with SoundCloud’s artist services division Repost, becoming one of the first companies to develop an A&R partnership with the streaming service. Durant is an avid writer for publications like Adweek and Boardroom TV where he covers the music business. He is also an adjunct professor at NYU's Clive Davis School of Recorded Music and Long Island University's Roc Nation School of Music and Sports Management.
