Jerome Hamilton
Managing Director, Headline Entertainment
Jerome Hamilton is the managing director of Headline Entertainment in Jamaica. He and his business partners formed the talent booking agency in 1997 after being in the entertainment industry for over 10 years.
Hamilton, Clarendon-born, cut his teeth in the business while a student at the University of the West Indies, Mona campus, where he helped organize events. He also worked on major shows such as the legendary Reggae Sunsplash where Ronnie Burke became his mentor. Headline Entertainment has become the Caribbean’s leading agency of its kind, working with major artists from Jamaica, the Caribbean, South America, Europe and Japan. It has expanded its offerings to include project management, public relations, entertainment consultancy and tour logistics management.
Hamilton and the company serves major clients like Sean Paul, The Marley Brothers, Chronixx and Koffee. Its clientele also includes disc jockeys, MCs, hosts and comedians.
