Katt Matt is the Executive Producer and Music Supervisor at Found Objects, an award-winning artist collective specializing in original composition and music supervision for film, television, ads and games.
Katt started her career in music management, collaborating with notable figures like Keyshia Cole, Ester Dean and London On Da Track. Transitioning into music licensing, Katt gained invaluable experience under the guidance of industry veteran Steve Gordon, ESQ., where she facilitated music clearances for prestigious projects including The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. At ABKCO Music & Records, she further honed her skills in sync pitching and licensing, working with iconic artists such as The Rolling Stones, Sam Cooke and Bobby Womack. She went on to build out the Creative Licensing Department for Epidemic Sound where she focused on getting placements in Film, TV and ads as their Global Head of Creative Licensing.
Driven by a passion for community and art, Katt found her niche at Found Objects, where she oversees music supervision and original music for ads. She’s music supervised for brands like Samsung, Macy's, Uber and Tinder, with notable campaigns earning recognition at the One Show, Clio Awards and Cannes.
