Noelle Scaggs is a multi-platinum recording artist, multi-hyphenate, and award winning philanthropist and activist from Los Angeles, CA. The year following the organization’s inception, Scaggs was honored at the 2021 Pollstar Live Awards as one of their “Heroes of Live” for the work DTS had done in creating more equal and equitable opportunities among aspiring live music industry professionals from marginalized communities and backgrounds.
