Mondo.NYC Speaker
Renato Horvath
Managing Director, Eastaste Music
He started his entertainment career in the film industry after learning the craft in London in the early 2000's.
Later, the passion for music took over and he switched fields. He started managing bands, booked them international gigs and landed their music in TV shows and Ads, (starting with BBC's Top Gear). After a detour of living in Tel Aviv, music for films and ads became his prime focus and co-founded Eastaste in 2012, the first sync agency in Eastern Europe at the time. Pet projects have always been his sweet spot, he started running Balcony TV Budapest, the Newkidsfromthebloc channel, co-founded Banding and Budapest Showcase Hub.
He became member of the UK & European Music Supervisors Guild in 2020.
