Mr. Singh served as a business and legal affairs in-house attorney for Universal Music for several years before starting his own legal practice. Because of Mr. Singh’s background working for the world’s largest music company, he understands not only the finer points of entertainment and business contract terms but also the significance of intellectual property issues at hand. Across the spectrum of music law, Mr. Singh routinely negotiates recording, publishing, management, distribution, touring, merchandising, licensing, and partnership agreements, as well as devises strategies to help his clients protect their intellectual property rights. He has personally negotiated music deals totaling over $300 Million in guaranteed compensation for his clients. Mr. Singh has also produced and distributed films through Lions Gate and Sony, and most recently was an Executive Producer of Selena The Series, a Netflix Original production.
