Rev. Moose stands at the forefront of developing artists and organizations from around the world. Having co-founded NIVA (National Independent Venue Association) to serve American independent venues and promoters, his work as executive director of NIVA and NIVF (National Independent Venue Foundation) has been recognized across industries with Clio, Webby, Reed, and Pollie Awards. Moose greatly extended the global reach of The Syndicate and CMJ by creating US programs for international talent, building from his history managing a diverse roster of international artists as co-owner of The Underground Management.
