ABOUT
Marc Cimino is Chief Operating Officer of Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), where he leads the company’s global business strategy, overseeing public policy and business development. He manages UMPG’s music licensing deals with major social content platforms worldwide and has played an instrumental role in many of the company’s significant catalog acquisitions and artist signings. Cimino has also executive produced acclaimed music projects including HBO’s Music Box, Dear Mama: The Saga of Afeni and Tupac Shakur and the Pearl Jam documentary Let’s Play Two.
Prior to joining UMPG, Cimino served as Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Warner Bros. Records and held business affairs and business development roles at Sony Music Entertainment. He holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law.
