Co-founder and CEO of Lithuania based M.P.3 music agency (established 2002), operating both as a record label and concert agency. From 2015, co-founder and current director of Lithuanian Music Business Association, the organizer of an annual music conference showcase festival "What's Next in Music?," which every September takes place in Vilnius.
