MuRli is an award winning rapper, producer and songwriter from Limerick, Ireland, who is celebrated as “one of Ireland’s foremost lyricists” (The Quietus). A compelling, unforgettable and highly acclaimed live performer, MuRli’s command of body and word has gripped audiences at leading festivals worldwide, from SXSW (USA) to Other Voices (IE) and PEOPLE Festival (GER). As one third of Rusangano Family, the first hip-hop artists ever to win "Album of the Year" at Ireland’s prestigious RTÉ Choice Music Prize, it’s no surprise that MuRli is often described as one of the "big brothers" of Irish hip-hop.
