Buddy Red is an Atlanta-based blues vocalist and guitarist, celebrated for his soulful sound and captivating performances. Drawing inspiration from iconic artists like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Jimi Hendrix Experience and James Brown, Buddy seamlessly blends traditional blues with contemporary influences, creating a unique musical experience. Committed to garnering the attention of new audiences, he drove 14 hours from Atlanta to Austin to perform at his first SXSW in 2024, including a standout performance at The Shaderoom's activation. He has collaborated with BMW of Atlanta and the Atlanta Hawks for their partnership and actively participates in the Atlanta Hawks' annual Million Meal Pack event, giving back to the less fortunate.
