GARBI is a 23-year-old artist, songwriter, lyricist, music producer, and videomaker. Born in Porto Alegre and a student of Popular Music at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), she proposes a creative approach that combines music and imagery. With an EP of five tracks and eight singles released between 2022 and 2023, GARBI demonstrates her ability to navigate various musical styles while maintaining consistency through her lyrics, which are filled with irony, humor, sincerity, and passion. Additionally, Garbi enjoys experimenting with the arrangements in her live shows, playing with her own songs to make them sound different from the recordings, resulting in a surprising and often unexpected live experience. Currently, in 2024, she is competing in five categories at the Brazilian National Music Professionals Award, which are: Pop (South), Songwriter (Lyrics and Music), Singer (South), Music Producer for Digital Album, and Best Music Video.
