We’ve come a long way since Fake Drake. Deep fake technologies have improved and proliferated, flooding our feeds with unauthorized digital replicas in the form of unsanctioned cover songs, sales scams, memes, and beyond – and we still don’t have in place a federal legal framework to establish rules of the road.
