Amanda Molter

Amanda Molter is General Counsel of BMG, overseeing the company's global legal and business affairs function and serving as a member of its Executive Management Team. Previously General Counsel of Concord where she oversaw major corporate transactions, including financings and acquisitions, Molter now guides BMG's worldwide legal strategy across its diverse music and media businesses.

Prior to joining Concord, Amanda held senior roles at Barings LLC and Latham & Watkins LLP, where she focused on private equity fund formation and joint ventures. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, and the UCLA School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif.
