Danielle Schiffman is Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where she advises across the organization’s artistic and institutional activities. Her work spans artistic programming and production, intellectual property, media and technology, strategic partnerships and sponsorships, employment, governance, and institutional risk.
Over more than a decade at Lincoln Center, Danielle has worked closely with artists, producers, executives, and cultural and commercial partners to structure complex projects, broaden access to the arts, and develop practical solutions that balance creative ambition, artists’ rights, and legal and business considerations. Her practice increasingly includes emerging technologies and the evolving legal, business, and creative questions around the use of those technologies.
Danielle received both her undergraduate degree and J.D. from Georgetown University.
