Kevin Ramos, CFA is an Executive Director in Fifth Third Bank's Media & Entertainment Group. As a senior banker he advises media companies, entertainment businesses, intellectual property owners, and financial sponsors on capital formation, structured finance, and strategic banking solutions. With more than 14 years of corporate and investment banking experience, Kevin has originated and structured financing transactions across music, film, television, sports, video games, and other entertainment sectors. Prior to joining Fifth Third, he served in banking and capital markets roles at MUFG, City National Bank, HSBC, BMO Capital Markets, and Wells Fargo. Kevin is a CFA Charterholder and holds both a Master's in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
