Christine Lepera is a partner in the firm Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, Co-Chair of the firm’s Entertainment/IP Litigation practice, and a member of the Governing Board.

She is a litigator and strategic advisor to clients in the entertainment and media industries, representing a wide array of celebrities, artists and entertainment companies in matters that span the spectrum of industry disputes and issues, including copyright infringement, unfair competition, trademark infringement, defamation, right of publicity, and contract disputes.

Christine is a frequent commentator and author on relevant entertainment subjects, and speaks regularly at industry conferences. She is also a mediator, and an arbitrator. Among other recognitions, Christine has been repeatedly named as a “Top Music Lawyer” by Billboard (2016-2022), as part of the “Legal Impact Report” by Variety (2018-2022), as part of the “Women in Music” list by Billboard (2016 and 2018-2022), and a “Power Lawyer” by The Hollywood Reporter (2016-2018).
