Jess Pinkham is Vice President of Creative Sync at Raedio, where she oversees creative sync strategy and music licensing across trailers, promos and advertising. She works closely with artists, label partners, publishers, music supervisors, agencies and other creative teams to identify and develop opportunities that connect music with compelling visual storytelling.
Prior to joining Raedio, Jess held roles at Sony Music Publishing and Interscope Records, where she built extensive experience in the sync world. Her work has spanned major campaigns for film, television and brands with a particular focus on finding the right music to elevate a visual and creating meaningful opportunities for artists.
Originally from upstate New York and now based in the NYC area, Jess has spent her career working at the intersection of music and culture. She is passionate about discovering emerging artists, championing great songs and finding unexpected creative connections between music and visual media.
