Jessica is the CEO of Cosynd, a leading platform that empowers creators and businesses to safeguard their work. With a global user base spanning over 120 countries, Cosynd offers essential copyright-related legal documents and facilitates asset registration with the U.S. Copyright Office. With more than a decade of experience, Jessica has established herself as a respected authority in creators' rights and licensing intellectual property in the music industry. She is also a passionate advocate for gender equality.
Jessica’s contributions to the industry include holding the position of President at Women in Music, the longest-running and largest non-profit for women in the music industry. Currently, she serves as an advisor to the organization's board. Previously, Jessica led strategic traditional licensing opportunities for music micro-licensing pioneers Rumblefish, where she structured distribution networks in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Jessica also served as the Manager of Digital Content Licensing for the performing rights organization SESAC.
Among Jessica's notable accomplishments is co-founding a licensing firm that gained recognition from Billboard and Fast Company. Through this venture, she cultivated a global network of content creators spanning over 90 countries. As a thought leader in creators' rights, copyright protection and advocating for women in the music business, Jessica is frequently invited to share her expertise. Furthermore, she actively contributes to the industry's progress by serving on the advisory boards of Sound Thinking For Girls and Keychange-US, and as an advisor to the New York City Mayor's Office Of Media and Entertainment.
