Jim Digby has spent nearly four decades in various leadership and project management roles inside the live events and music touring industry. His work has been alongside musical artists as diverse as Linkin Park, Enrique Iglesias, Back Street Boys, Marilyn Manson, the Bolshoi Ballet, Phil Collins, and Bon Jovi, to name a few, and most recently aiding in the delivery of entertainment mega-projects inside Saudi Arabia.

Principally focused on team building, real-time crisis management, and managing a widely diverse collection of client expectations have become his hallmark tools in the fast-paced execution of complex entertainment projects.

Digby is the co-founder and Chairman of the non-profit Event Safety Alliance, a safety-in-live-events global advocacy group. He recently founded a second non-profit, the "Show Makers Symposium" for the purpose of education and professional development in the live events industry. He is a board member of the Behind the Scenes Charity and a keynote speaker/presenter in matters relating to event safety, event execution as a trade, and the often-challenging human condition and mental health in live events.
