Kevin Casini

Attorney, Lecturer, Quinnipiac University School of Law

Kevin is a publishing consultant and music rights and royalties attorney based in New Haven, Connecticut. He acts as counsel and advisor for music tech companies, copyright management firms, data organizations, and advocacy and trade associations.

Recognized by New England SuperLawyers™ as a litigator, Kevin has also represented a roster of Grammy, Emmy, and Billboard Music Award-winning artists and writers; RIAA gold and platinum-certified recording artists; producers, DJs, actors, and published authors.

As a professor, Kevin teaches entertainment law, copyright, and music law & business at Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Kevin is a member of the Recording Academy, Copyright Alliance, counsel to the Music Fights Fraud Alliance, and serves on the advisory board of SONA.

He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music.
