Philip Wild is an experienced entertainment attorney with a distinguished career in the music industry. He began his legal journey as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose, a leading New York law firm, before transitioning into executive roles at major record labels. Phil served as Head of Business Affairs at Clive Davis’ Arista Records, then handled Business and Legal Affairs at Atlantic Records, Wind-up Entertainment, and EMI Music North America, where he oversaw operations for iconic labels including Capitol, Blue Note, and Astralwerks.

Now in private practice, Phil represents independent labels, entrepreneurs, and performing artists, specializing in all aspects of legal and business affairs. His work includes managing the legal affairs of the Reggae Sumfest music festival in Montego Bay, negotiating performance agreements for hundreds of performing artists. With decades of experience, Phil has negotiated and structured literally thousands of deals across the entertainment industry, including recording contracts, joint ventures, media rights, and television and film production agreements
