Yoo Soo Kim

Music Composer, Songwriter, Producer, Marmoset Roster Artist

Yoo Soo Kim is a music composer, songwriter and producer whose career spans multiple catalogs, media types, revenue streams and music genres. As a composer, his music has been placed in national spots for brands such as Toyota, Dell and Reese’s among others. He’s written over 1,000 songs that have been used in nearly 4,000 cues, including the Super Bowl and NCAA March Madness. His catalogs in music agencies have amassed over 17,000 licenses for end-users ranging from YouTubers to international brands.

Outside of sync, Yoo Soo scores music for films, video games and podcasts. Notably, he created the in-game music for Rumbleverse, published by Epic Games. He writes songs for Songfinch, a personalized song-gifting company, with whom he’s written over 700 songs, including a song for Quickbooks that was performed live at their San Diego campus. As an artist and producer, he creates music for the project's good son, SKVLLS and Grace Blue.

When not making music, Yoo Soo is hanging out with his wife, 10-month-old son, and four dogs in Chicago. His neighbors call him a masochist. Maybe they’re right. It’s mostly a good time. :)
