Alisha Outridge is a music tech executive and AI innovator reshaping how artists AND labels create, monetize and thrive. As Founder & CEO of Byte&Chord, she’s building the next generation of AI tools that power real-time music analytics, audience insights and predictive hit-making -- giving creators and teams an edge in a noisy world.

She also serves as CTO of MetaPause, where she leads the development of ELSA, the first AI platform purpose-built for women’s hormonal health. Her work bridges culture, data and wellness -- proving that technology can deeply serve both the body and the beat.

A veteran of Meta (Facebook), iHeartRadio, and Apple-acquired FlyBy, Alisha has 15+ years building tech that understands people -- from personalization systems to emotional data models. She lectures on emerging tech and entrepreneurship at Brown and CUNY and is a frequent speaker at SXSW and NY Tech Week.
