Elliot Groffman is a member of Carroll Guido Groffman Cohen Bar & Karalian, a firm specializing in the representation of artists and entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry. Music clients include Dave Matthews Band, Brandi Carlile, Phish, Nicolas Jaar/Darkside, Pearl Jam, Kurt Vile, Rosanne Cash, Tiesto and Lin-Manuel Miranda.

The firm serves as counsel to various corporate industry clients such as Red Light Management, Hipgnosis Songs, Primavera Sound Music Festival, Beggars Group and AEG Live.

Elliot graduated from Franklin and Marshall College and the University of California at Santa Clara Law School.
