
ABOUT
Jordan Goldstein serves as Dayglo's Executive Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing all legal, corporate development and business affairs. A seasoned, business-savvy legal and development executive, Jordan brings more than 25 years' experience at both publicly traded and privately held companies. Since joining Dayglo in November 2013, he has helped the company manage major events and transactions, such as the development and launch of Garcia's Chicago (2025) and Garcia's NYC (anticipated Q1 2027), the structuring and negotiation of two joint ventures with Live Nation (2019 and 2022), and the negotiation of the artist, streaming and ticketing agreements for Fare Thee Well: Celebrating 50 Years of the Grateful Dead (2015). He has also spearheaded significant investments and negotiated the restructuring of several partnerships.
Before joining Dayglo, Jordan was General Counsel and Secretary at Iplay, an international publisher and distributor of video games. Prior to Iplay, he served for seven years as VP, General Counsel and Secretary of TheStreet, Inc., a publicly traded multimedia company co-founded by Jim Cramer. He also spent five years as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and Rivkin Radler LLP.
Jordan received a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and is the father of three. When not working or spending time with his family, he sings and plays keyboards in the Ripple Allstars.
