Lidia Kim is SVP of Business and Legal Affairs at BMG (formerly, Concord), where she looks after digital licensing for BMG Publishing. Prior to the combination of BMG and Concord, Lidia managed the digital business & legal affairs division for Concord Music Publishing, which covered business strategy, partnership development, licensing, and DSP rights enforcement. Lidia started out in music publishing in 2014 as an in-house lawyer for Imagem, including the classical music publisher, Boosey & Hawkes. Lidia currently sits on The MLC’s Board of Directors as a publisher member. She is an alumna of NYU and Notre Dame Law School.
