Nick Xenakis

Nick is Of Counsel at Covington and Burling LLP, where he draws on his legal and Capitol Hill experience to provide regulatory, litigation and legislative advice to clients in a range of industries, including technology and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining Covington, Nick served as General Counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, where he oversaw all policy efforts in that Committee's jurisdiction.
