Rebecca Sergay

Rebecca Sergay is Vice President, Commercial Counsel Lead and Business Affairs for TIDAL at Block. As head of TIDAL's commercial legal team, she oversees all commercial matters for the business and provides strategic guidance to a variety of cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, product, artist relations and more. Rebecca also focuses on strategic industry relations as part of TIDAL's business affairs team. Prior to joining TIDAL, Rebecca led all entertainment and media matters globally for The Savannah College of Art and Design, including all music, visual art, film, fashion, festival and talent matters. Prior to SCAD, Rebecca was at Greenberg Traurig where her law practice focused on the intersection of music and technology, with a particular focus on digital service providers. Rebecca began her career at Kilpatrick Townsend, immersed in technology licensing and other complex commercial transactions.
