Dave Roberge�s career in the music industry began when he launched Everfine Artist Management and Everfine Records to support the career of then emerging recording & touring artist O.A.R. In 2001, Everfine Records signed a Distribution Agreement with ADA releasing three albums under the deal. That relationship led Everfine into entering a strategic label partnership with Lava/Atlantic Records in 2003. This venture allowed Everfine Records to maintain its independent spirit while gaining access to greater resources in order to reach a broader audience. Everfine released 3 albums independently and supported the release of 4 albums on Everfine/Lava/Atlantic Records between 2003 and 2012 all debuting on the Billboard Sales Charts. During this time, Roberge and his team developed, produced and promoted �The Feeling Better than Everfine� Music Festival in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 which showcased developing & emerging artists. In 2005, Roberge took his management roster to Red Light Management, but continued to operate Everfine Records independently. At the beginning of 2013, Roberge joined 251 Management, a full-service management company representing music artists, songwriters, tour properties and television personalities. After spending 3 years at 251 Management, Dave joined the music industry startup world where he oversaw Sales & Industry Relations at Feature.fm. Dave is currently the SVP, Label Development at Ingrooves Music Group where he is responsible for overseeing the Global Label Development & Music Support Teams.
