Recognized externally for this acumen, Dilini has served as Mentor for Musicians during the SXSW Music Festival & Conference (2017-2019). Dilini is also a Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor, working with Senior leadership of Small Businesses and Non-Profits to design Retirement Plans and a Benefits Offering best suited for each organization. An MBA alumna of IAE Business School (ARG) and London Business School (UK), Dilini spent 5 years as a Management Consultant, designing strategic business solutions for Top 100 firms, Sovereign Nations and NGOs in LATAM. Previous experience in non-profit/civil service include: Mother Jones Magazine, AmeriCorps, and Jollyville Fire Department & EMS. Dilini is an active supporter of Austin Children�s Shelter � SAFE (Stop Abuse For Everyone) in her hometown of Austin, TX.
