Songwriter, Vocal Coach, Producer & Session Singer

Julie Hardy is a songwriter, vocal coach, producer, and session singer based in Brooklyn, NY. She works out of recording studio Creekside Sound in Gowanus, Brooklyn where she frequently collaborates with writer/producer Mike MacAllister. She is currently signed to Kobalt Music. Hardy teaches Songwriting at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. She also on the faculty at New School University where she teaches voice in the Jazz and Contemporary Music department. Julie Hardy made her television debut on Saturday Night Live where she performed with Ellie Goulding and followed that up with a performance on David Letterman with St. Vincent. As a writer, she has had her songs featured in many advertisements, film trailers, video games, and TV & Film. Some placements of note include the Entourage Movie film trailer, the film Eighth Grade, advertisements for Diet Coke, Lexus, Haagen Dazs, Nike, Old Navy and TV shows Grey�s Anatomy and Shameless. Hardy co-wrote and produced Donna Missal�s viral single �Keep Lying�. As a vocal coach and producer she has worked with Joey Bada$$, 070 Shake, Rachel Platten, Enisa, Mothica and Tanners. Julie Hardy is the lead singer of Brooklyn based electro pop band Clementine and the Galaxy and retro rock group Ethel and the Chordtones. Hardy received her Masters degree from New England Conservatory of Music in Jazz Performance and a BA from the University of New Hampshire in Composition. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA and AFM.
