Monica Adams is the CEO of Radiance Festival, the first and largest conscious music festival in New Jersey. She�s also the CEO of Montclair Zen Studio which leads daily meditation classes and hosts a popular workshop called YOUNIVERSE. Through YOUNIVERSE she educates how certain music frequencies and hertz deeply impact our mind and body, before leading attendees to record their own high vibrational affirmation-based soundtrack.
