Tarek runs the digital marketing department at RCA Records where he spearheads the online creative strategy and marketing campaigns across the RCA roster, including recent breakouts HER, Calboy & Normani and for established artists like Justin Timberlake, Childish Gambino, Kings Of Leon and more.Most recently, Tarek and his team worked on the launch of Tool�slong-awaitedalbum, Fear Inoculum,which debuted on top of the US Albums Charts.The team also has their sights set on breakoutstar, Doja Cat,as her single�Juicy�continues to climb its way up the charts.Tarek started his 11 years at RCA as the department assistant, after which he grew into the lead strategist for RCA�s D2C business. He then spearheaded RCA�s Pop & Rock rosters, working with key partners to drive awareness and build audiences before landing in his current role as head of the digital marketing team.
