LIVE In-Person, Drom, 85 Avenue A, New York, NY 10009

Moderator:

Mehmet Dede, Director of Programming, Drom

Despite new variants and the ever-changing guidelines dictated by science and government, the live industry is still trying its best to rebound from COVID-19. In fact, various parts of the live music ecosystem -- from venues and performers to city and state officials -- have collectively redefined the live entertainment sector on a daily basis over the last 18 months. This panel will feature an update on NYC nightlife and how to navigate the live event world during these extraordinary times, from developing protocols and giving structure to in-person performances to the safety of the performers and the public. As the music market moves forward, are we living in a post-pandemic future or a different reality? This event will take place in-person at Drom in downtown New York and as a global interactive livestream.
