A seasoned music executive with a deep commitment to songwriters and artists, Hancock brings a wealth of experience from previous leadership roles at Columbia Records, RCA Records and Sire Records, where she helped shape the careers of major artists including Miley Cyrus, Kesha, Dove Cameron and Maren Morris. Beginning her career under Clive Davis at Arista and J Records, she holds a degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music and has been instrumental in delivering multiple Billboard chart-topping singles and albums.
