Simmi Singh is a product, business and strategy executive with 15 years of experience across consumer and media tech companies. She is currently the Chief Product Officer at Hook, an interactive music platform that uses the power of AI to empower anyone to express themselves through music.
Prior to Hook, she built and led the strategy and business operations for Spotify’s podcast creator and consumer products where she launched and scaled new formats such as Music & Talk formats, video podcasts, live audio, and helped scale creator ads and subscription monetization features globally. Simmi also spent several years leading strategy, operations and growth teams at JioSaavn, India’s number one music streaming service with over 150 million MAUs.
She has held a number of roles across product, marketing and finance at leading global companies including Intuit and Nomura. She founded her own startup, The Crimson Bride, a leading wedding platform for South Asian couples. She is a passionate builder of products, teams and companies that drive impact.
