Victor Zaraya
Chief Operating Officer, Concord
Vic Zaraya is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Concord, the world’s leading independent music company. Zaraya has been with Concord since 2015 and was appointed COO in 2021, previously serving as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer.
Working across Concord’s four business areas (music publishing, recorded music, theatricals, narrative content), Zaraya leads an operations team responsible for maximizing revenues and efficiencies, supporting Concord’s strategic and financial goals, as well as overseeing acquisition integrations, information systems, and strategic communications.
Prior to his time at Concord, Zaraya spent more than 15 years at Razor & Tie, where he was a founding team member of the KIDZ BOP brand, and served as President until the company’s acquisition.
Zaraya represents independent music labels on the board of SoundExchange, and is on the board of the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM).
