Music Supervisor/Artist Partnerships, YouTube Creative Studio, via ASG

Ethan Converse is a New York-based music supervisor currently working at YouTube, where he handles Music Supervision & Artist Partnerships for YouTube Creative Studio (via ASG, LLC).

Originally from Houston, Ethan got his start in music playing in bands in Denver in the early 2010s, where he landed a few pieces of original music in advertisements, diving headfirst into the world of sync.

Since then, he’s had stints at record labels (RCA Records), supervision houses (Sync or Swim), advertising agencies (Crispin Porter + Bogusky), management companies (End It!, Sub Rosa Curation) before landing at YouTube in 2019.

Outside of YouTube, he dabbles in TV/film supervision with credits on South of Heaven, Shut In, and Expedition to the Edge, as well as artist management via his Brooklyn-based management company and record label Rose Garden.

Professional bio aside, he’s all about the sad bangers and likes to listen to Bon Iver on the treadmill. Hit him up with your best doom & gloom playlist.
