Heath Kudler is currently co-founder of the Sano Music Group, a music label distributed through Universal Music Group and the owner of Kudler Law, PC, a law firm focused on all aspects of the music industry.

For over 25 years in the music industry, my journey has given me a wide and complete prospective from the eyes of a major record label lawyer and A&R executive to law firm owner and label owner. Past Positions that I have held: Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs – The Island Def Jam Music Group; Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs – Epic Records; and Executive Vice President, Global Repertoire and Acquisitions – Warner Music Group.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to work with recording artists, from superstars to artists just starting out. Regardless of the stature of an artist, my true passion is to be creative in my thinking and to guide, advise and direct an artist through many situations that may arise in a sometimes-difficult industry.
