Jackie Jones

SVP, Artist and Industry Relations, RIAA

Jackie Jones is the Senior Vice President, Artist and Industry Relations for the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), serving as the organization’s chief representative in Nashville. In this role, she brings together artists, managers, labels, venues and creator advocacy groups to strengthen and expand the personal and professional ties that keep the music community thriving. Jackie works every day to elevate creators across genres, while also serving as a bridge to the DC world of copyright reform, trade negotiations and creative industry policymaking. Just as RIAA’s DC team builds consensus and forges ahead with a unified approach to industry challenges and the long-term health of the music ecosystem, Jackie leads this mission at the community level. She regularly produces educational and outreach events for the music community, as well as national Gold & Platinum certification plaque presentations recognizing artist and label achievements. Jackie also works closely with non-profit organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Musicians On Call, and the TSU Music Business Accelerator program. Jackie is the co-founder of Family Alliance in Music (FAM), a nonprofit that provides financial support, resources and community for caregivers working in the music industry. Prior to joining the RIAA, she was Director of Music and Talent for CMT.
