As part of the dynamic management team, during her career she has represented Alicia Keys, HER, Tyrese, Oscar and Grammy winner Tiara Thomas, RocNation artist Maeta, Sony music artist Tone Stith, Jourden Cox and Ose. Jeanine is on the music advisory boards of Meta and was an early investor in the artist discovery app Protege. In 2021 she was elected by her peers to become a Governor of the NY Chapter of the Recording Academy, a position that she currently holds. 2022 was exciting with the launch of HER as a spokesperson for L’Oréal and the release of the second HER Fender guitar. Current major projects in development are Jeanine's role as co-creator of the SOBs documentary which has already been picked up for various film festivals and a touring project called New Faces Big Voices that has been developed through her partnership with the Black Promoters Collective. These projects along with the daily executive planning for each artist's career keeps Jeanine busy and in touch and rounding out her passion projects is her desire to raise up the next generation of executives thru her mentorship with numerous music mentorship programs Grammy U, She Is The Music and Next Gem Femme.
