Junia Abaidoo

Co-Founder/COO, LVRN

Since the creation of LVRN with classmates Carlon Ramong, Sean McNichol, Justice Baiden and Tunde Balogun, Junia Abaidoo has focused on touring as a facet in building connections with fans. “We're very conscious about how we invest time and resources into an artist, making sure they have the ability to grow as a live act,” he says. Among the label’s success stories are singers Summer Walker and DRAM, and Atlanta singer/rapper 6LACK. During the pandemic Junia shifted focus to virtual concerts and building new verticals for the company and its acts through new products and partnerships.

Junia’s family left his native Ghana a year after he was born, settling in Saskatchewan, Canada, before moving to Atlanta during his teenage years. Initially a journalism student inspired by acts such as Kanye West and Linkin Park, he wrote about music and culture while at Georgia State University, eventually switching his major to marketing. Junia and his partners were named to Billboard’s 2019 Hip Hop/R&B Power Players List.
