Samantha Hissong
Music Business Reporter, Rolling Stone
Samantha Hissong is an L.A. native who was educated in Media Studies at Boston’s Emerson College. After university, she immediately jumped into a writing role at music trade HITS magazine, where she eventually earned the title of Editor and stayed for six years. She joined Rolling Stone as a music business reporter in January. Samantha has also worked as an assistant programmer and on-air personality for Dash Radio. She’s skilled in professional concert photography and has served on two entertainment-industry boards for cancer research at City of Hope and the TJ Martell Foundation.
